How does the Protagonist change over the course of the story? He starts off by hating Georg. Ulrich changes because he ends up wanting to be friends with Georg so his feelings for him change.
Describe the relationship between the title and the theme. The title is The Interlopers. What that means is that someone or some thing is entering your land or intruding your land in any kinda way. And that is what happens in the story. Ulrich feels that Georg was intruding on his land and Georg thought that Ulrich was intruding on his land.
How does the main conflict help to illustrate the theme? The theme of the story is why do people hate each other. And the main conflict is Ulrich and Georg hating each other. So it helps illustrate the theme by showing the two men hating each other.
How does the climax help to illustrate the theme? The climax is when Ulrich thought that he saw his men but he really saw wolves. And that illustrates the theme because it now means that no one will ever know that the two families will be friends. So the will continue to hate each other.
